Classic Bourbon Cream
Yields: 750ml | The Buffalo Trace Style
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Bourbon
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (Fresh)
- 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsp Turbinado Sugar (dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water)
- 1 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Premium Chocolate Syrup (The "Secret" for color & depth)
Instructions
- Dissolve Sugar: Mix the Turbinado sugar with a tiny splash of boiling water just until it's a liquid syrup. Let it cool.
- Whisk: In a large bowl, whisk the condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla, and chocolate syrup until smooth.
- Combine: Slowly pour in the bourbon while whisking gently. Do not over-work the cream.
- Bottle: Pour into a clean 750ml bottle.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. This is real dairy, so it will last about 2-3 weeks. Shake well before serving.
