  1. Dissolve Sugar: Mix the Turbinado sugar with a tiny splash of boiling water just until it's a liquid syrup. Let it cool.
  2. Whisk: In a large bowl, whisk the condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla, and chocolate syrup until smooth.
  3. Combine: Slowly pour in the bourbon while whisking gently. Do not over-work the cream.
  4. Bottle: Pour into a clean 750ml bottle.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. This is real dairy, so it will last about 2-3 weeks. Shake well before serving.
